Personnel Consultants Limited are pleased to be working alongside Schilling & Schilling for occupational health services.  Schilling & Schilling is a partnership established in 1989 to provide a wide range of occupational medical services covering many and diverse occupations, assisted when required by highly experienced Occupational Health Nursing Advisors. The service actively promotes and maintains good health in the work place, ensures legal compliance and supports you and your employees when health problems occur.

Schilling & Schilling undertake individual assessments of employees, where the services of an accredited specialist in occupational medicine are essential. They have considerable experience in dealing with employees with:

  • high levels of sickness absence
  • work related stress
  • work related back and upper limb disorders

Schilling & Schilling provide advice and support on:

  • Disability Discrimination Act
  • Health and Safety at Work Act
  • Provision of health assessments for night workers

2. Employment Solicitors

Personnel Consultants Limited are pleased to be working alongside the central London law firm Manches.   Established in 1936, they provide a full range of business services, and their London Head of Employment Tom Walker is a Partner in the firm.  Tom is an experienced employment litigator, with 14 years experience. He is available to support organisations in detailed or complex matters of employment law and tribunal representation, often carrying out his own advocacy.

3. Health & Safety and Quality Assurance Certification

Personnel Consultants Limited are pleased to be working with Stuart Brearly to provide both health and safety and also quality assurance expertise

Health and Safety

Stuart is an experienced practitioner, with Advanced Health & Safety training (up to Nebosh standard) He regularly attends H & S updates, and has expertise in all the main health and safety regulations, including:

Stuart is able to carry out risk assessments where required, in any factory, warehouse or office setting and also train key staff in risk assessment techniques. He also runs Manual Handling training courses and issues certificates for training.

Quality Assurance

Stuart is also a registered ISO consultant by BSI, and a trained internal auditor on ISO.  He has experience and training in audit procedures to ISO standards.

Stuart runs Internal Audit courses for Thames Gateway and can conduct these courses at customer premises if required (this is a certified course).  In addition, Stuart supports companies in setting up procedures through to certification in the ISO 9001-2000 Quality System and the ISO 14001-2004 Environmental Standard.
